It's coming to the tail end of the summer festival season but as all of you singlet loving fist pumpers out there know Future Music Festival never fails to impress.
I myself will not be there, I'll be trawling for salmon before heading up to take part in the post-festival shenanigans; so it's up to all of YOU to take on the responsibility of getting tropical at FMF'11!
It Seems a lot of people out there only go to these festivals to rock their ridiculously low cut singlets, over sized le spec sunnies and get their hit of Afrojack fueled fist pumping. Due to many time table clashes this year at FMF have many tuff decisions to make as to who they see so I've selected 4 must see acts that you cannot miss.
*Highly honourable mention goes to The Chemical Brothers who missed out on selection to Plastikman due to the fact they are more likely to tour Aus again in your tropical lifetime!

Plastikman is the alter ego of one of the world’s most revered electronic DJs and Producers - Richie Hawtin.
Here in the above video you can see him in full force at 5:50am on an amazing Sunday somewhere in a London warehouse. His audio visual show as Plastikman is definitely not one to be missed and will surely blow your mind!

No doubt all of you know my next suggestion; Mark Ronson & The Business International. Ronson and his newly formed band have had a massive year attracting Australian audiences with hits such as; The Bike Song, Bang Bang Bang and Somebody To Love.
His pure talent as a musician comes out in his live shows be it as a DJ or with his band. This is one act that you will guarantee aural satisfaction!

2010 was a huge year for Pendulum with their genius re-work of the ABC news theme. They turned possibley the blandest most boring piece of music into something that could turn dancefloors into a marvouled frenzy.
They most recently graced the decks for Triple J Mix up last Saturday night and if that was anything to go by then their FMF set should certainly get you up and about and fist pumping like a champ!

Loco Dice is one that is probably unfamiliar to a lot of you tropical tricksters out there but definitely one you cannot pass up.
